Klimatex is a Czech company with a turnover of 146 million last year, which has been producing sportswear since 2007 and selling it through several distribution channels: on its e-shop, in brick-and-mortar stores and through its partner network Sportisimo. The client's internal data from these sales channels was inefficient and often inconsistent in its interpretation.
Klimatex approached Databy with the following requirements:

In order for Klimatex to draw useful information from its data, we had to change the way it looks at and works with it:
First, we created a clear data model in Power BI, into which data flows from the company's ERP system and all marketing channels.
Then, we helped the client build several clear reports where they can get detailed information about the company's status and all the trends in a few clicks.
Finally, during a one-day training session, we gave Klimatex practical hints and tips on how to work with data at the management and marketing level.
The new business intelligence reporting provided the client with greater insight into the performance of the entire company and individual sales channels. With a few clicks, they can now find out exactly which products are selling best and where, which ones have the highest margins and which ones are not paying off. He can thus optimise his product portfolio and marketing activities more easily and thus improve the economics of the entire company.
